How can I start using the Patient Online Portal (POP)?
If you are a current HealthCare Partners Medical Group patient, you can begin using the POP by registering online. To register: • On the POP homepage, click on the “Register Now” link. • Fill in the requested information and click the “Submit” button. • Once HealthCare Partners has verified that you are eligible for the type of account you’ve requested, you will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours. For your protection, a temporary Password will be mailed within 3-7 business days to the home address that’s on file at your doctor’s office. When you receive your temporary password, simply return to the POP and log in with that password and the username (all lower case) you created when you registered. You will be prompted to choose a new password. Choose one that’s easy for you to remember.
