How can i start my own animal shelter at my house without paying too much money?
Each state has it’s own legal regulations on what is deemed sanitary and healthy living conditions for an animal. You shouldn’t have more than a certain number of animals in your home. Also, one person is not enough to care for more than a few pets. How do you “fix” animals up? Not sure what you mean by this because I don’t think you have medical experience (judging from your question). If you are living by your mom’s boyfriend’s house rules, then you are probably too young to be doing something like this on your own. It’s a lot of responsibility. You should try volunteering at a local shelter, ranch, or farm.
