How can I start moving in the direction of opening a bakery or catering business?
Before you start a bakery or catering business, you could work at bakery now. Start doing what you love now and learn the rules of the game, how the business operates from the inside. Learn as much as you can about the bakery business and about running a business in general in terms of marketing and financing through books and seminars. If a bakery job won’t pay enough for your living expenses, then maybe you can get a part-time job and/or simplify your job. It depends how badly you want it. It might not be your end dream, but it’s definitely a step in the right direction. Enjoy your passion!
