Get a notebook, and start a Master Plan. The Book will be your practice arena, your reference guide, your memo pad. When you have a question regarding your fashion design career, write it down, and then find the answer. When you have an idea, write it down. When you make a contact, write it down. Make a Plan. Get ready NOW for when you turn 17, and people will be a bit (not a lot) more willing to talk to you. Have a portfolio? Does it have at least a couple of dozen good sketches in it? NO? Now is the time to get started. Start doing your homework. Life is just one long school of learning and experience.
