How can i start a mobile home park little by little?
Well first you need to get it approved with the city zones and all that crap, second you will need to provide sewer and electrical hook up… I would say you would be better off to buy the land, get it set up for sewer and electrical hook ups at each lot. Then rent the lot…and let people move their own home onto it…. Maybe get $300 a month for the lot? It could turn out to be a bad deal for you if you rent them the home… If you get some bad renters, they could destroy the darn thing, and there you are with a pile of crap home which isn’t worth anything, because of the bad renters….
