How can I speed up ordering procedure when I use prepaymanet by bank transfer?
To speed up ordering procedure you can send us a copy of your bank payment slip. This must either be signed by the bank in some way or you may send us a screenshot of your online payment slip including TAN number. This screenshot has to be readable and should be at least 1 mega pixel in size. This speed up procedure is only valid for payments up to 500 EUR. Above 500 EUR we have to wait for money receipt as usual. If genuineness of this screenshot is doubtful we can’t speed up ordering procedure.
