How can I specify environment variables on NetWare, such as SQLCONNECT or ASTMP?

A. You can’t. The NetWare OS has no concept of environment variables. On NetWare 5 and 6, there is the concept of Java environment variables (using the SET variable=value syntax), but please be aware that these are only for applications running under the NetWare Java VM – ASA cannot use them, nor can Java clases running inside the database (since they are using the ASA VM).
