Customers can request to do business with Cisco via the ACSN. Cisco will enable customers that currently have or qualify for a direct purchasing relationship with Cisco. The normal process for enabling a PunchOut supplier, testing, and deployment will be reviewed with each customer to consider any unique aspects that may need to be addressed with a PunchOut solution.
