How can I sign up for paratransit service?
Metro provides paratransit service for passengers unable to use fixed-route buses in accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act. Applications are available online or by calling Metro. If your application is approved, you will receive notice in the mail. You may then book rides by calling the Customer Service Center during their regular hours: Monday through Friday, 6:10 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.; Saturdays, 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.; and Sundays and holidays, 12:30 p.m. – 4:30 p.m. All rides must be booked by 4:30 p.m. the previous day.
