How can I shepardize cases in the BNA decisional services on the web?
BNA publishes seminal decisions only, while true shepardizing depends on all cases. BNA does, however, provide links to cited cases and documents published in the library. This feature is found within every single case published on the BNA library. Simply click on the link “cases and/or documents citing this case” located in the upper right hand corner of your screen.
