From Groupwise: Click on Tools, Options Double click on Security Click on the Proxy Access Tab Type in the name of the person (s) you would like to have access to your Calendar After you locate the correct person, click Add User button When finished adding users – Click on or each individual name if you prefer to give different rights. Put a check mark in Appointments Read If you would like them to be able to write directly to your calendar add a check mark Write as well.
