How can I setup a distribution listing of email addresses in my address book in Web Mail?
First, click on the “Addresses” link at the top of the page. Secondly, click on the “Add Address” at the top of the page or scroll to the bottom of this page to access the boxes for text entry. Third, enter any nickname you’d like for this list into the boxes labeled “Nickname:”, “First name:”, and “Last name:”. Fourth, enter in all the email addresses for this list, separating each with a comma, into the box labeled “E-mail address:”. Fifth, click on the “Add Address” button at the bottom of the page to save the entry into your Web Mail address book.
