How can I set up ANZ Internet and Phone Banking services?
To register for ANZ Phone or Internet Banking call 13 22 73 and obtain a customer registration number(CRN) and telecode. Then follow the prompts to change your auto-generated telecode to a telecode number of your choice, between four to seven digits long. To register for ANZ Internet Banking, visit www.anz.com and register using your (CRN) and Telecode. You will then be prompted to select a password.
