How can I set timeout and retry values for Application polling settings for media server and ICS?
You cannot set these values on the Polling Parameters: Edit page because ITM uses the global SNMP timeout and retry values for media server and ICS. Change global SNMP timeout and retry values as follows: 1. Select IP Telephony Monitor > Device Management > Modify SNMP Configuration. 2. Change the values of SNMP Timeout and Number of Retries. 3. Click Apply.
