How can I set timeout and retry values for Application Polling Settings for a media server?

You cannot set these values on the Polling Parameters: Edit page because Operations Manager uses the global SNMP timeout and retry values. Change global SNMP timeout and retry values as follows: 1. Select Devices > Device Management > SNMP Configuration. 2. Change the values of SNMP Timeout and Number of Retries. 3. Click Apply.
