Calendar viewing permissions can only be set using Outlook 2003 & 2007 or Entourage. Using one of these programs, you can select certain individuals or groups to have special viewing permissions for your calendar. To learn how to use this feature, ITS recommends visiting the ITS training website, using the how to documents located on the IRIS website, or contacting the Solution Center at 928-523-1511.
