How can I send files electronically to TreeTowns?
1. You can email us the file(s) at treetowns@treetowns.com. 2. You can upload files to our FTP site. Please call Tom Armstrong to obtain a user name and password. What file format do you accept? We accept many popular design program files (i.e. Illustrator, Photoshop, Quark, and many more). We also accept .jpg, .tif, .eps, .pdf and .ppt files. Check with us if you are not sure. In most cases we will have the program or be able to recommend an alternative. What resolution should my images be for best output? For best results, your full size artwork should be designed or scanned at 200 dpi or higher at final size. This is to avoid pixilation and poor image quality. Will I see a proof? Yes, if your job requires one. You should always submit a color hardcopy with your job to be sure that our color techs have an approved file for comparison.
