You can send a World Cup smiley via email if you’re using Outlook, Outlook Express, IncrediMail, AOL Mail 9.0, MSN ISP email or most HTML-based email (webmail) applications. To add a smiley to an Outlook, Outlook Express, IncrediMail, or AOL Mail 9.0 message: 1) Open a Compose Message/New Mail screen. 2) Click the Smiley Central button on your navigation bar. 3) Find and click on the World Cup smiley you would like to add – that smiley will now appear in your email.
