How can I send a test text message to my phone from FalconAlert?
While the status of Active confirms that a text message was successfully sent to your mobile phone when you signed up, you may want to send a test text message to confirm you can still receive text messages from FalconAlert in the event that you get a new phone, make changes to your mobile phone plan, etc. To send yourself a test message, do the following. • Log in to FalconAlert. • Click the Services tab. • Delete your phone listed under the SMS (Text Messaging) section even if the number is correct. • Enter you phone number in the Phone field, select your carrier, and click the Add SMS button. • Enter the validation code and click the Validate button.
