How can I see what email messages were rejected so I can add them to my whitelist?
It is not feasible to supply this kind of list, due to the way the Email Defense Solution process works. You can use the whitelist feature as a work around for email messages denied by the normal spam filter process. First, if you were receiving email messages from a source and the email messages suddenly stop, you should add the domain the email messages were coming from to your whitelist. If you still do not receive messages from that source, there is another problem with the delivery. To ensure that you get email messages from a new source, add the domain name of the person’s email address to your whitelist before you send your first email message to them.
