How can I see SNMP statistics for a node in the autoMap View?
You can browse SNMP compliant nodes from an autoMap view See help entry titled:- • How to view SNMP information or you can gather/view long term SNMP history statistics using the autoAnalyzer Consultancy Kit. There are several stages associated with this process:- • Stage 1 – Running an autoMap discovery to learn about SNMP support on the network – used to set the SNMP Polling Policy • Stage 2 – Enabling and optionally changing the Polling Policy based on the autoMap discovery results – once enable the system will automatically polling the compliant devices and store the statistical information obtained from the SNMP polls in the SNMP databases. • Stage 3 – Viewing results – involves using the SNMP History Charts or Traffic Profiles templates and selecting statistics from the databases the statistics you wish to display.
