How can I see more than 8 civs on the Foreign Advisor screen?

You can only ever see yourself and 7 rivals on the Foreign Advisor screen (F4). [Shift-right click] on one of the rival civs will bring up a menu of available civs to replace the one you clicked on. This is only necessary in VC3 since there is a menu button in PTW and C3C.
