You can view deployed patient records from MTF to MTF through the Web-based application Theater Medical Data Store (TMDS) available on your MC4 system. For more information on TMDS, as well as registration instructions and access to the application, visit https://www.mc4.army.mil/TMDS.asp. As far as having visibility from theater back to the States, that issue is currently being researched and tested. AHLTA-Warrior is one of those options being evaluated, although previous field testing of the product revealed that the VPN connection used to gain that visibility was too slow for users. MC4 is aware of this issue and is testing for alternative solutions to this need..
