Once you have found and selected a recipe, simply turn your iPhone or iTouch horizontally, and the instructions will appear on screen, each step receiving its own screen. Swipe your finger across the screen or click the left and right arrows to move through the steps in the cooking direction. At any point in the directions, you can swipe your finger down on the screen to pull down the ingredients list for the recipe.
