How can I search the users, saved in the data base in Yield power SQL ( semiconductor Defect Management Software )?
Click on the menu option “User Profile” in the “Security” Manu. There are two sub menu options “Add User” and “List Users”. Click on the “List Users” sub menu option. List Users form will be opened. A particular user can search by specifying First Name, Last Name, User Group and User Name or any one of these parameters. Click on the Search button to search the user with the specified criteria. You can Add, Edit and Delete users from this window.
