Open Explorer, go to ‘Program Files, APA Referencing Macros’, right click on the file you wish to change the properties in, either the ‘APA Template.doc’ or ‘APA Blank.doc” select properties, uncheck the Read Only Attribute. Open MS Word, open the file you made read/write, go to ‘File, Properties, Summary’ and enter the info you wish to change. Save the file, go back to explorer and recheck the Read Only Attribute.
