I am guessing you are using Windows Vista, go to START, then to your log in name (situated above the MY DOCUMENTS shortcut in the START menu), there is a folder called FAVOURITES, where all of your IE favourites are stored at html links. Just copy these to your memory card or stick and upload to the same folder on any PC.

Right click on Start ► Documents & Settings ► User Name [you] ► Favourites ► Just copy the files and folders to a Flash Drive, Floppy or CD. That’s what I do as I’ve got about 300+ and it would be a lot of grief trying to find them all again!
