If you can’t get your PC back up and running and put your files on an external drives. You can still get the files off the hard drive as long as the problem is not hard drive. Get an External Hard Drive “Enclosure” for a 2.5″ hard drive pull the hard drive out and put it in the external and you can copy the files to another PC. Don’t get the 3.5 those are for desktop hard drives the 2.5 are for laptops. Like this http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.as…
