How can I save my contact or email list in CSV format from MS Excel?
Paid Zoomerang subscribers can import the following contact information into their address book in Zoomerang: • First name • Last name • Email address (This is a required field; you must have email address information to import a record.) • Phone • Custom field of your choice (optional) One way to do this is to create the data file in Microsoft Excel and then save the file in CSV format. You can then import the CSV file into your Zoomerang Address Book. • Make sure that the data in Excel is in the correct columns as shown below: Image • Once you have the data arranged, and all other data removed from the Excel spreadsheet, select the Save As option from the File menu: Image • In the Save As Type pull-down select CSV (Comma delimited).
