How can I save money on orders for equipment, services and material handling?
Placing orders by the published deadlines will not only save you money, but also time and frustration! Orders placed after the deadline will not only be at higher rates, but you may also run the risk of the item being out of stock. Deadlines for placing orders are listed at the top of each GES order form. Additionally, shipping to the GES advance warehouse is LESS expensive for Venetian exhibitors! Be sure to ship your freight to the advance warehouse by December 28, 2009, to take advantage of this.
