In order to maintain the REALTOR® designation, all REALTORS® are required to successfully complete two and one half hours of Code of Ethics Training every four years. The current 4-year period ends December 31, 2004. **Please Note: If you completed GBAR’s New Member Orientation after January 2001, you are NOT required to complete training at this time. If you are a practicing REALTOR® who has not completed 2 ½ hours of ethics training in the last four years, GBAR encourages you to take the free On-line Course available at NAR through www.realtor.org BEFORE THE END OF YEAR. Go to this site and click on the Code for Ethics Training link. To log into this site you will need your NDRS ID#, which can be found when registering to use the realtor.org website.
