• I used to find recipes for cooking a whole main course in the micro (and yes they were terrible). I just use mine for defrosting and heating a bit of cheese over crackers these days. I’ve never tried that actually, the REAL cooking in the microwave. They say you can cook meat and everything. Well, I’ve accidentally “cooked” meat when I was defrosting it and I tasted a little…and YUCK! And one time when I was young I cooked an egg in the microwave.
