How can I review Washington State Supreme Court or Appellate Court opinions after they have been archived?
After 90 days, Washington State Supreme Court Decisions, Appellate Court Decisions, and slip opinions are archived and are no longer available on the Washington Courts Web site. However, they can be found on the Municipal Research & Services Center of the Washington Web site or via a link on the LegalWa.org Web site.
