How can I return a Shout! Factory product that I’ve purchased?
Most retail outlets allow returns on CDs or DVDs that they sold that are defective. If you made your purchase in a store, please return it to that location or a branch of that chain. If you made your purchase from our website, you can certainly return defective merchandise for exchange or credit. Please contact customer service.
