How can I return a product ordered from Theitdepot?
For all IT components Once the box packing has been opened it cannot be restocked and resold without informing the customer that it is an opened piece, furthermore the warranty, registeration etc make returns a problematic issue. A few products can be returned If the product has not been opened and is returned, a 15% restocking fee will be levied.
