How can I return a product ordered from Samstores?
Our return policy is formulated to ensure customer satisfaction. Most of the brand name products we carry come with a standard one year warranty from the manufacturers. On top of that, we offer a return policy of our own with the following terms and conditions: We always try to carry top quality products. If we don’t like it we don’t sell it!
