How can I restrict what parts of IDNow my staff have access to?
IDNow has a security module which you can optionally choose to use (Professional version only). If you enable the security function you then setup a list of user names, passwords and assign which options within IDNow they may have access to. You may also nominate which Card Detail fields are restricted using the User Defined Fields function. In the security settings you you nominate whether each user has access to the Restricted fields. There is a section in the on-line help covering the security options.
