It’s necessary that you download and install the Bluetooth Modem driver. To do this: • Go to the product page for Nokia 5800 XpressMusic on the Nokia website • Navigate to the Software section • In the Software section, you will see Bluetooth Modem driver for Windows XP and Vista Users listed.
