If your computer is Windows XP, you can download a free tool from Microsoft called Image Resizer in the Microsoft PowerToys area of the Microsoft website. (this tool is available for download at http://download.microsoft.com/download/whistler/Install/2/WXP/EN-US/ImageResizerPowertoySetup.exe ). Click on this link, and then click on Run to setup the Image Resizer tool.
