How can I reset an RSIGuard installation (i.e. clear settings, etc.)?
If you are using the standard RSIGuard download (e.g. an individual RSIGuard license), you can clear RSIGuard settings by uninstalling and reinstalling RSIGuard and then when RSIGuard first auto-launches, select the option to remove all settings. If you are comfortable doing so, there’s really no need to uninstall/reinstall — just launch RSIBoot.exe in the RSIGuard program folder (usually “c:\Program Files\RSIGuard”) and select the option to remove all settings. If you are using a custom RSIGuard installation that doesn’t auto-launch after installation (which is common for many custom MSI installations), or if you have a need to frequently clear RSIGuard settings, you can also download the RSIGuard Settings Clearing Tool from the IT support pages.
