How can I reserve the townships community room or picnic shelter in the parks?
The Board of Trustees is pleased to announce its continued commitment to provide the residents of the township with a community room. It is located at 2828 St. Rt. 222. It is equipped with folding metal tables and chairs. To use the community room, the township requires the following: Applicant must be a township resident Rental fee is $25 Applicant must submit a refundable deposit of $100 No smoking or alcoholic beverages are permitted Applicant must clean the facilities (all equipment and supplies are furnished) Permitted uses are receptions, anniversaries, family gatherings, etc. Facilities must be vacated by 11:00 p.m. Persons under the age of 18 must have adequate adult supervision Following the use of the community room, the township makes an inspection for cleanliness and damage. If everything is in as good or better condition than before it was used, the deposit of $100 is returned to the applicant. Click here to go to the Rental Form.
