You can reserve the condominium home of your choice from those still available today, by completing a Verve Tache Suite Reservation Form and returning it to our sales agent together with a refundable deposit of $2000. The project sales documents and condominium declaration and by-laws will be provided to you in the near future at which time you can convert your Reservation into a firm Offer to Purchase. When you make your Offer to Purchase, a further deposit will be required. The balance of your purchase price will be due just prior to occupancy. Please contact our Sales Representatives for further information or to secure your reservation.
