How can I request for a refund for award ticket booked online?
To refund the award ticket, member can visit “Contact us” section on qmiles.com, select “Privilege Club” option from the drop down menu, and then select the “Refund Request” option from the drop down menu. Refunds will be credited back to the original credit card used for payment. Refunds will be processed by Qatar Airways within 2 business days. It may take up to 28 days for the refund to appear on the customer credit card statement. For refund of Qmiles, member has to visit any Qatar Airways office to pay the cancellation fee and redeposit Qmiles.
