How can I request for a cheque image?
When viewing your account statement through NBD Online you will be shown, in the transaction ‘Reference Number’ column, the number for all cheques that were drawn on and debited to your account. By clicking on the linked cheque number you can generate a request for a copy of the cleared cheque. A scanned image of the cheque will be sent to your secure mail box by end of next business day. If your cheque was cleared recently it may be in transit to our Archives. In such cases an image will be sent you by secure e-mail within the next few days as soon as the cheque becomes available for scanning.
