How can I request disability-related assistance for my WestJet flight?
You may request disability-related assistance with WestJet during the booking process. Southwest Airlines and WestJet do not currently transmit or communicate Special Service Requests (i.e., assistance for Customers with a disability, information regarding assistance animals, etc.) between carriers. You are responsible for communicating any personal travel needs directly to each operating carrier upon arrival at the airport. Guests should review WestJet’s Special Needs Policies prior to booking.
