How can I request a withdrawal on AIG Retirement Online?
You cannot request a withdrawal online. AIG Retirement requires a Cash Distribution Request form be completed and signed for all withdrawals. However, you can request this form to be sent while visiting our Web site. Choose the “Forms Request” option underneath “Forms” on the menu bar, or click on the “Forms” button adjacent to the account number for which you’d like to make a request. Then select the desired form. The requested form will be mailed to you within four business days. You can also request a form by calling a AIG Retirement Client Service Professional at 1.800.448.2542 between 7:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. (CT), Monday through Friday.
