How can I request a player/Laker Girl appearance at my event/school?
Please send a written request via fax or mail to the address above on your organizations letterhead and include the type/nature of your event, the date, time, location, and contact name and phone number. Please be as specific as possible and describe what the players role and duties will be during the appearance. Please allow six weeks for your request to be processed. All requests will be answered within two weeks of your event.
