How can I report Dutch Elm disease on council land?

If a Council tree is suffering from Dutch Elm disease it will normally be removed, however with the rapid spread of the outbreak there is usually some delay, with more dangerous trees given priority. To establish whether a tree is growing on Council land or not, contact Property Services on 821000. They will tell you the name of the department of the council which manages the land, if applicable.
