How can I report an Online License Renewal System problem?
If you experience a problem using the Online License Renewal System, you should: • Try again later if the problem was simply that the system was not available. • If the problem persists and is not a question of system unavailability, DO NOT JEOPARDIZE your renewal status by waiting past your license expiration date to renew. Mail in your renewal application and fee to the Departments offices. You can report problems with the Online License System via email at the address below. Please do not use this address to communicate concerns which are not directly related to the System. Those concerns should be addressed to the ADREs office. When reporting system problems, please provide a detailed description of the problem, including what you were trying to do when you encountered it, any error messages that were displayed, and the date and time it happened.
