Please call our statewide toll-free cruelty hotline at 1-866-601-SPCA (7722) or email a full description of the incident to cruelty@pspca.org. Be sure to include the street address, city, and county where the incident took place. Calls to the cruelty hotline are answered 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
